The Catholic Church has taken a stand on abortion
This will most likely add fuel to the abortion debate, and the same sex marriage debate, but I am glad that the church did take a stand.

I'm glad they have taken a stand, and I'd like to see catholics bar congress members from the table who support abortion. However since there are so many far-left catholics out there, who aren't much different than united methodists in terms of liberalism and not guarding the elements from the unrepentant, I wonder if this will really make any difference.
As a practicing Catholic, I'm glad to see the church take a stand with these fake Christian politicians. I will never understand how those who call themselves Christian could also be in support of the murder of innocent children.
