Why would a judge step in a block a decision that people vote against ?

Why are we even considering Sharia Law in our country ?

Wait a minute, his religious freedoms were violated ?

What about my religious freedoms and beliefs and freedoms ?

What about the fact that that as a christian, my religion has to be shoved in a closet because someone says they are offended by the words Merry Christmas ?

First off, I have to say that there is a special place in Hell for for you idiots that know better and continue to turn your back on God.

On the other hand, it is right there in our back door what these Muslim people are doing in other countries, and how they are taking control of everything. It is hard for me to sit here and believe that Americans have become that brain dead that they do not see an end to our way of life as we once knew it.

Where do we go from here ? Protests, marches, or even a call to arms ? If so, who will lead the way ? How do we reclaim our Christian way of life, and what would it take to be able to say Merry Christmas without getting an evil eye from some Liberal Jackass, not that I care anyway ?

The problem is too big for me to solve, but I hope someone can come up with something soon,

I want to drop my two cents off and say that I thought Glenn did a good thing on Saturday.
It was emotional, spiritual, and it was honest.
For those that condemn, and to look for a hidden message, or use images of the third Reich, or even the KKK in relation to what happened, then you are lost.
Not just a lost soul, but lost as an American.

The only good thing I heard from the Rev. Al's talk, was to smile.
Absolutely no content.
A shining example of what this great Nation has come to

Death threats, broken windows, shots fired, and angry Americans.

Is this the work of a select few, or the start of something out of control

I have heard on talk radio, and Fox news that Americans should refrain from violence, to remain calm and use facts to fight against the left wing group.

Since this whole Obama thing started, I have seen nothing but violence come from the left, and I have heard them say things like " if the power of persuasion does not work then we will use the persuasion of power " and " Power comes from the barrel of a gun "

I have watched them smile and laugh as they tell us what is good for us, and tell us that we are mob's, and teabaggers, and racists.

As an American, it is not in my nature to be pushed around, and attacked, and labeled as something so that my credibility and views are deemed worthless.

I have to ask how long are we going to remain calm ?

How long do we stand here and allow this administration to lead us to a place we do not want to go ?

When will our Government, that is to be controlled by the people, actually represent the people that it works for ?

I did not vote for someone that would go to Washington to make laws that would set guidelines on how I should live my life, and I did not hand them my credit card so they could go out and spend every dollar I have. I don't believe any of us voted for that.

So what does it take to get a message to these folks that they are not doing the will of the American people ? Should we all just sit with our legs crossed, hoping to not spring a leak until the November elections ?

When November does get here, and we have the chance to clean house, will there be any chance of repairing the damage that has been done ?

I have heard reports from former Senators, and political analysts, and people that write books that tell me what could be done, and what may happen, and how evasive these people are when asked about their reasons for voting against the Americans

When will someone come out and say that this has gone too far ? When will someone say to Washington " YOUR FIRED ? "

The Town halls did not get us anywhere, the letters, and phone calls, and faxes, and emails got us nowhere. The protests did nothing.

What are we supposed to do, right now, to put a stop to the destruction of our Nation ?

It seems that whatever justice that was going to be handed down to the men that decided to stand in front of a polling place with some sort of stick or baton were just let off the hook.
No big deal ?
Well, what if it were me in front of your voting place, dressed in all my camo hunting gear, swinging around my little stick ? My muddy Ford truck parked nearby with all my McCain/Palin stickers, and my favorite sticker in the back glass, " The second amendment aint about squirrel huntin ! "
Oh yeah, there would be some NBC and MSNBC trucks speeding my way, and the headlines would be " Redneck uprising with deadly weapon "
I would bet that Matthews would dedicate an entire half hour on the hundred or so ways that I could kill or maim someone with my stick, and that the police would have no choice but to shoot to kill so that order could be restored
OK, back to reality, these guys got a few minutes on the Obama networks, but not much else, and now when it is time to pay for breaking the law, they get a pass.
It seems that our Associate Attorney General Thomas J Perrelli made the decision not to prosecute
Lets see now, if you are on the Obama team, you get a pass.
Is that how the game goes ?
Another march is planned for D.C. on Dec 15 from what I have read.
I am just not sure that all the marching and tea bags, and petitions work anymore.

The House Did It

I watched the house pass the health care bill tonight with just 1 republican voting yea.
I wonder who that was ?
With all the outrage, all the protest's, all the people standing in D.C. and around the Nation telling them NO ! why would they think this is what we want ?
Granted, it still has a long way to go, but our voices are not being heard

Busy Weekend

On Thursday, I was invited to attend a memorial service for some of people who died in the attack of the pentagon 8 years ago.
My invitation came due to the fact that I know my way around the streets of Northern Virginia, and two of the women that were going needed a driver.
Besides the fact that I had become a chauffeur, I felt honored that I could attend the gathering and have a chance to talk to some people that were in the building when the attack happened.
Hearing for myself some of their own personal stories, and actually being at the Pentagon just hours after then plane had struck the side of the building brought back some terrible feelings

On Saturday, my driving skills were put to good use again as I was volunteered as a commuter van driver to shuttle people into D.C. from Stafford Virginia, just a short 45 minutes away.
On my last trip, I had parked the van and joined the group of Americans that had assembled to send a message to government.

As I made my way through the crowd, I found that different streets contained different feelings of the march.

I had no sign, and no shirt expressing my views, but because of the crowd I was with, I was called racist, redneck, hillbilly, and right wing nut.

As I got closer to the platform that was assembled for the Freedomworks people, I was handed a wallet sized copy of the constitution, and the woman that handed it to me said " This is a gift for you, don't lose it "

Out of all the speakers I heard, out of all the speeches, out of all the signs and t-shirts that had clever slogans on them, that one comment hit me the hardest.

............" Don't lose it "

Why would anyone want to lose their freedom, their rights, or liberties ?

Why would anyone just hand them over ?

Her words were the most power full to me that day

On Sunday, I shared what I had seen and heard the last few days with some folks over breakfast at our local gathering place, and everyone there said with the same breath " How did we get this far ? "

Out of control government did not start with Obama, and it did not start with Bush

This greed and corruption has been building for years.

I have spent the morning reading left wing blogs that make fun, and ridicule what the people stood for on Saturday, and read a few that scream 9/11 was an inside job.

The people came together Saturday and made one voice, loud and clear, that our representatives are not doing what is right.

They came out in plain view and let America know that they are ready to make a stand.

Where were the left wing supporters ?

Where were the ones that criticize, and write names about those that are willing to put a stop to big government ?

I will tell you where,

In the shadows,

In the darkness,

Hiding behind their keyboards.

They are too ashamed to let others know they are content in having the government take care of them.

They are ashamed to let real Americans know that they are nothing more than sheep.

They are ashamed to let us know that they cannot think for themselves.

Our current situation will not be solved by blaming Bush, or believing that opposition against Obama is racially motivated.

It will be solved by stepping forward and calling out corruption, pointing out the waste, and punishing those that break the rules.

If you break the law, if you cheat the people, if you lie,

YOUR FIRED !

It's that simple
