It seems to me that the lame ducks in Washington are carrying a heavy load on their backs with all the people jumping on looking to get bills passed before the e Republicans come in and start cleaning up things.

Do we really need another path to citizenship when these people have all this time to become legal ?

This is just a chance to allow an amnesty bill to slip through, and allow a larger Democratic voting base to keep the Socialistic agenda moving forward.

These people have had enough time, and have used enough American resources to get where they are. The clock stops now.

Anthony Weiner should be prosecuted for treason and shipped to the border with whatever he has in his pockets, and anyone else there in the crowd that could not produce citizenship should have been loaded up and carted off as well.

We have moved beyond the point of just looking the other way, and just waving our hands and saying " well, he is a good guy, he is OK "

No more, it is time to stop being a doormat for the rest of the world. We need to stand up and say NO MORE !

You are hurt, hungry ? Fine, here are some bandages, an aspirin, and a sandwich, go home. We have our own people here in this country need to work, that need to survive, and when we resolve our issues, then maybe we could allow a few to enter.

Then open your door and let them come and stay at your house and eat your food for free. Let some illegals walk right in and have the run of your home and take whatever they need without giving back, and see how long you allow it to happen.

Cap & trade.
Another power grab by the Obama group, and another plan to send more people into unemployment and line the pockets of the Obama supporters.

Cap & trade just a big tax.
Cap & trade will raise our utility bills.
Obama says our electric bills would skyrocket.
We do not even know for sure if global warming is even real.
This is just another way to shake he American public down for more money.

I have signed, and also have spoken directly to my state representatives and found that we share the same views on the Cap & Trade bill.

My friends, we must make the people in DC remember that they work for us, and that they need to listen to what we say, or they can start looking for another job.

What speech ?

The news channels that I frequent tonight seem obssessed with the speech given in Berlin by Obama. I see them cherry pick words and phrases and use them to make their points. I actually read the transcript of the speech, and did not find it as offenive as the reporters would want. I agree with the fact that our country cannot do it all, and we need to stand together to bring peace to the middle east. I am impressed that he stood in front of those people and reminded them of who came to their aid when they were starving and left for dead by other countries. I was, however, shocked to learn he used the Kennedy/Reagan reference and said he was a citizen of the world. I dug in a little deeper with the help of other bloggers, and one of the best places I have found unbiased opinion, craigslist R&R, and found that most of the crowd was there for a hip hop concert. I read from posters that the gathering was advertised to have music and free food. I read another poster that said that is why he came, to get his free lunch. I did more research and found a site that seems to be a HUGE McCain supporter http://www.worldtribune.com/worldtribune/WTARC/2008/me_iran0358_07_23.asp and I read an article that talked of concern that Bush would launch an attack on Iran and Syria before he left office, so they have suspended attacks until after the election. It states that Iran and its allies are hoping Obama wins the election. It states that Bush's successor will either reject or suspend any plan to destroy their nuclear weapons infrastructure. This decision was made on July 20 in the Israeli cabinet. It makes me think that some behind closed door deals have been made, and we all need to stay up to date with the actions of our candidates. We all need to stay on our toes people !!!
