Is Justice Really Blind ?

This was passed on to me by email this morning, and even though I have heard a little about it, it still makes me mad.

I know, the first thing some of the left will say is that I want the undocumented to get less because they are criminals, or less than real people.

Not the case, I just wonder why the Government picks and chooses the laws the enforce.

The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA) seeks to control illegal immigration by eliminating employment opportunity as an incentive for unauthorized persons to come to the United States, by prohibiting the hiring or continued employment of aliens whom employers know are unauthorized to work in the United States. To comply with the law, all U.S. employers must verify the employment eligibility and identity of all employees hired to work in the United States after November 6, 1986 by completing Employment Eligibility Verification forms (Forms I-9) for all employees, including U.S. citizens. Employers who hire or continue to employ individuals knowing that they are not authorized to be employed in the United States may face civil and criminal penalties.

Now this is a law, just like it's a law that I cant pull out in my car and run 90 miles an hour down the road to the store, and a law that says I can't walk into the Ford dealership and grab the keys to a new F-350 and drive it off the lot.

You know, it was a law that Tim Geitner had to pay his taxes, but he wiggled his way around that, got off with some kind of finger pointing, and Barney Frank had some dope growing at one of his houses, but Barney pointed at someone else and walked away from that.

You ever set the cruise control at a couple miles under the limit, and then get mad when all those other drivers speed past you ? You think to yourself " the second I speed up, there will be 10 cops around the next curve. " but there never is ?

Where is that cop ? Where is the cop in D.C. that is sitting at his desk, just sick of all this crap, that knows what we need to know ?

The one that's ready to bust, because when just one of them starts talking, you know there will be more

Our Treasury Department wants superpowers, enough to shut down businesses if they think they may be hurting the economy

They want to rewrite the constitution to put in place their new radical proposals

They want to replace the dollar with a world reserve currency

Our national debt, that Bush doubled, has in the last few months has grown to over 9 trillion dollars

They have completly dropped the ball with AIG, but walked right in the door at GM and are making themselves at home

This new administration is beginning to release Gitmo detainees and put them on our streets, and if that's not enough, they are gonna shove some welfare money in their pockets

For the simple fact that they do not want to offend anyone, our elected officials have decided that the term " War On Terror " will no longer be used

Our Secretary of State went to Mexico and let America take the blame for the drugs and violence that is out of control

Obama is sending more troops to fight a war that he cant admit to, but wants to cut the budget for them. More troops, less money

Obama said no lobbyists, we got lobbyists

He claimed transparency, he told us we would be able to review bills and have a chance to comment, well that went out the window

Obama signed a stimulus package that no one really read, and allowed some of the most useless spending that has ever come from the beltway

Is this the progress you hoped for ?

Is this the change you were expecting ?

I agree with him on his points of the people being ignored, and I also agree that the biggest traitors among us hold elected office
We all just watched Madoff go to prison for robbing people, why is it that people like Dodd, and Geitner, and Barney Frank not on trial for their actions ?
The grand leader Obama was the third largest recipient of contributions from AIG, yet the people turn a blind eye to it ?
Why is it that there are still people that defend Obama, and stand behind his deceptive ways ?
Has he not lied to you enough ? The folks that still blindly follow him, and our corrupt government deserve what they get
